Module 2: Applying Dreamweaver
Module 2: Overview
Students now apply the skills they learned and practiced in Module 1 to a mock commercial web site. Students work in teams of three or four to develop a web site for their ficticious start up company. The first lesson requires students to do some planning before constructing the mock site. Some of the planning they are asked to do is done in the site function of the Dreamweaver program. Students will also be asked questions about their ficticious company, their product and their customer. Students then construct the mock web site in the second lesson and are required to include certain elements in the web site. The third lesson draws on some of the Dreamweaver site functions again. These involve basic site maintenance.
