Web Design Module Goals:

• Complete professional looking Web pages and use them to communicate effectively with an audience.

Web Design Module Key Competencies:

• Use planning guidelines (storyboarding, site map, and identify purpose and audience)
• Use various graphical applications and sources of graphic images
• Use principles of layout and graphics
• Write supporting code (HTML)
• Write clear documents
• Troubleshoot malfunctions/failures
• Use tables as a design tool to control the layout of a web page
• Produce a Web site with at least 4 linked pages in an organized file
