Questioning
What do you need to know to solve the problem or make the decision?

Focus Questions:  What is happening in the Middle East?  How long has this area been involved in violence and turmoil?  How did the conflict originate?

Open and save the Background notes sheet as directed by your teacher. Begin gathering some preliminary information using this sheet.  With your team develop additional questions that will guide your research.

When you are finished,  print a copy of this chart and turn it in to your teacher.
