Reporting Your Project
Persuasively present your decisions based on your information.

Preparing to Write

Your written product will be a multiple paragraph paper written in a modified legal brief format. It has seven sections. The length of each section may vary, so that some sections may contain more than one paragraph, while others will be one small paragraph.

To learn how to write your Legal Brief, look at this document.  It contains all the parts of the assignment and gives great hints and directions.

Review the Legal Brief Rubric.  Consider what your task is.  Look over your notes and research.  Return to any research website that will help you write your legal brief with detail and information.

Your teacher may require you to turn in your writing process. Keep all drafts of your work.

Persuasive Writing

Review Persuasive Writing at Academy of the Arts.

Get Started
Open a WORD document and begin organizing / brainstorming your work, or use pen and paper.  Be sure to save your work where your teacher has instructed you to do so.
