1.    What do you already know about this topic?

2.    What do you need to know?

3.    What questions will help you learn about your topic?

4.    What do you need to know about how to organize and write a legal brief?

5.    What do you need to know about writing a persuasive essay?

6.    What skills will you need to have to be successful?

7.    How will you manage your time?  Set daily goals for the project to meet the due date.

 

Look ahead at the project rubric for the legal brief that you will be writing. Keep in mind the many skills that must be demonstrated in your final brief.
