Synthesizing
Think about the best choice using the information you gathered.

Keeping in mind Zeus’ desire to have the Greek civilization continue to grow and develop, what are each candidates’ strengths and weaknesses? Summarize your best ideas and information in the Strengths and Weaknesses chart.

The research process does not go in a straight line. Most times you need to repeat some steps. Be prepared to go back to gather additional information.

It is decision time!  Based on your research, you need to decide who is most qualified to succeed Zeus as leader of Greece. What do you predict will be the same under this new leadership? What will be different?

When you are confident that you have complete information Nextto support your decision, move on to evaluating.
