Sorting and Sifting Information
Organize and select information that
contributes to your understanding.
Now
that you have gathered the information to answer your questions and have
chosen and investigated 3 locations, it is time to sort through all of this
information.
Ask
the following questions while looking at your Ski to Sea Chart and
Notes Sheet.
- Have
you found sufficient details to answer all your questions?
- Do
you have enough information about 3 possible host cities?
- Do
you need to develop new questions to adequately cover your topic?
- Can
you delete information that is not useful or does not answer your
questions?
 Show your completed Notes Sheet to your teacher showing where you deleted information and went back to research more fully.
