Project Scenario

You and a partner have applied for your dream jobs as co-managers of The Bellingham Research Endowment Corporation. The Corporation has two million dollars set aside for new medical research, one million for a communicable disease and one million for a non-communicable disease.

Your job is to research the diseases on the corporation’s list and decide which two diseases (one communicable and one non-communicable) should receive the research monies.

At the conclusion of your research, you’ll write a letter persuading the Bellingham Research Endowment Corporation to fund research for the two diseases you selected.

If you are successful, you will receive your dream jobs managing the Bellingham Research Endowment Corporation, and the diseases you’ve selected as most in need of research will receive funding.
