Gathering Information
Collect information to answer your questions.

Your team will be using the Note Sheet to gather your information. Your teacher will give you directions on where to save your notes.

Use these resources and websites to locate information about where to settle. 

Be sure to keep track of the resources you used to find your information. Do this by studying the information on Citing Your Sources.

General Background on Colonial Times in America

·         World Book Encyclopedia Online (district subscription)

·         Textbook Early United States p. 206-218.

·         Map of 13 Colonies – simple outline map

·         Colonial Williamsburg – Meet the People – biographies of people who lived in Williamsburg, Virginia

·         Colonial Williamsburg – See the Places – information on historic places and buildings in Williamsburg
