On your summer vacation, your family will enjoy seeing the sights in all five regions of Washington State. Your team will become familiar with places where the family can enjoy one of the following activities: mountaineering, white water rafting, fishing, and festivals.

You will notice that different regions have different geographic features and different activities to offer. If you need a quick review of the characteristics of Washington's regions, visit World Book Online Encyclopedia.

Open the Note Sheet for your activity to record the information you gather about the different regions of Washington. Add brief facts to your Note Sheet and save as instructed by your teacher.
