The purpose of the District Budget Committee (DBAC) is to recommend to the Superintendent and the School Board the allocation of funds in support of District programs to each instructional level and functional area.

The Committee takes into account revenue forecasts, projected fund balance, and the equitable distribution of resources. The Committee will review all pertinent financial and operational information, as required, in order to make informed recommendations consistent with the long-term goals and priorities of the District. A part of the District Budget Advisory Committee’s review and recommendation process will be to evaluate and focus on the effective use of current allocations, as well as new dollars.
