   d. Tim Magner Educational Technology Director will be a guest from the US Department of Ed.
   e. Marco Torres California teacher of the year for technology will be the guest February 5th 2006.
   f. Ann has worked with schools on tech plans
2. Discussion of common themes – see discussion on the Sharepoint site
   a. Look to a long term vision and work backward to the near future
3. Developed a draft vision statement for review.
