This page has been set up to give information about staff wellness opportunities.
The Staff Wellness Fair for 2008 is from 2:45 - 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 at Sehome High School. There will be information on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and healthy lifestyles. See links at right for more information.
There will be a slide show at the fair highlighting active and/or healthy lifestyles of staff members. To add pictures go to the P: drive, then to IT&L folder, then click on Wellness Pictures.
