• To develop an implementation plan for the Bellingham School District graduation requirements adopted in the spring of 2007.

• The Bellingham School District strategic plan’s commitment to having all students graduate from high school ready for college, career and citizenship.
• The need to plan for and monitor the implementation of the new graduation requirements.
