PROGRAM FOR HIGHLY CAPABLE STUDENTS
Recognizing the unique needs of students who have exceptional talents and/or abilities, the Bellingham School District will provide each highly capable student with an appropriate educational program. This program is to be conducted in compliance with the state and federal guidelines and shall have approved District procedures and criteria for the selection of eligible students.
