BOARD POLICY
ADMINISTRATION IN POLICY ABSENCE
In cases where action must be taken involving the operation of the Bellingham School District, and where no guidelines have been established by School Board policy, the superintendent will have the authority to act.
The action of the superintendent may be subject to review by the School Board at its next regular meeting.
It will be the duty of the superintendent to inform the School Board of any need for the Board to establish policy guidelines.
