BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Special temporary committees may be appointed by the president or chosen by vote of the Board of Directors but no standing committees except an auditing committee shall be authorized. The function of special committees shall be fact-finding, deliberative and advisory, but never legislative or administrative. The superintendent or his appointed representative shall be eligible to membership on such committees.
