Bellingham
third graders learn local history by participating in
an online research project called "Uncle
Cyrus Needs A Job." Bellingham school librarians,
Jan Frank and Susan Feemster, worked with the Whatcom
Museum staff, to create an interesting project for third
graders which uses original historical material. Take
a look at all of the steps of the Research Cycle and
decide what you would do to help Uncle Cyrus find a
job in 1900 Bellingham.
