BOARD OF DIRECTORS

August 23, 2002

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from noon - 4:45 p.m., August 23, 2002, at Sudden Valley Resort in Bellingham.

Present: Directors Ken Gass, Jeff Haggen, Steve Schoenfeld, and Ann Whitmyer, President Elaine Lynch, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

The Board met in open session from noon –1:30 p.m. to discuss District goals and objectives for 2002-03. The Board met in Executive Session from 1:30 – 4:45 p.m. Focus of discussion was District personnel matters and negotiations.
