BOARD OF DIRECTORS

July 31 and August 2, 2003

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from 12:35 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., July 31, 2003 at the Hotel Bellwether and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., August 2, 2003 at the Lakeway Inn.

Present: Directors Jeff Haggen, Elaine Lynch, Steve Schoenfeld, Ann Whitmeyer, President Ken Gass, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

The Board met in open session from 12:25 p.m. to 2:35 p.m. on July 31 to discuss District goals and priorities. The Board met in executive session from 2:35 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on July 31 and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on August 2. Focus of discussion was District personnel matters and negotiations.
