BELLINGHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

December 5, 2001

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., December 5, 2001, in the Board Room of the Roeder Administration Building.

Present:  Directors Ken Gass, Jeff Haggen, Elaine Lynch and Steve Schoenfeld, President Ann Whitmyer, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

At 5:26 p.m. Ann Whitmyer called the special meeting to order and Dr. Kinsley administered the oath of office to new Directors Jeff Haggen and Steven Schoenfeld.  Immediately following the Board met in joint session with the Bellingham Technical College to discuss and develop a joint vision.
