The Bellingham School Board of Directors met for a study session at 6:00 p.m., October 29, 1998, in the Board Room of the Administration Building. The purpose was to review and discuss the proposed Elementary Schools Long-Range Master Plan.

Present:  Directors David Blair, Becky Diaz, Ken Gass, and Ann Whitmyer, President Elaine M. Lynch, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

President Elaine Lynch began the study session at 6:10 p.m. The meeting concluded at 7:25 p.m.
