BELLINGHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

August 19, 1999

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from 12:30 - 5:30 p.m., August 19, 1999, at Lummi Island, WA.

Present:  Directors Ken Gass, Don Leu, Elaine Lynch, Ann Whitmyer, President David Blair and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

The Board met in open session from 12:30 – 1:40 p.m. to discuss District goals and objectives for 1999-2000. At 1:45 p.m. Whitmyer moved to begin Executive Session; Gass seconded. The purpose of Executive Session was to discuss negotiations and personnel matters.

The meeting was declared adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
