BOARD OF DIRECTORS

July 26, 2001

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from noon - 5:00 p.m., July 26, 2001, at Sudden Valley Resort in Bellingham.

Present:  Directors Ken Gass, Don Leu and Elaine Lynch, President Ann Whitmyer, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley. Director David Blair was excused.

The Board met in open session from noon – 3:00 p.m. to discuss to discuss District goals and objectives for 2001-02. The Board met in Executive Session from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Focus of discussion was District personnel matters and negotiations.
