The Bellingham School Board of Directors met for a study session at 5:00 p.m., June 4, 1998, in the Board Room of the Administration Building. The purpose was to review and discuss the special education program for the Bellingham School District.

Present:  Directors David Blair, Becky Diaz, Mary Stender, and Ann Whitmyer, President Elaine M. Lynch, Superintendent Dale Kinsley, and recorder Shirley Knapp.

President Elaine Lynch began the meeting at 5:10 p.m. The meeting concluded at 7:40 p.m.
