BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from noon - 5:00 p.m., February 12, 1999, in the Board Room of the Trillium Corporation in Bellingham.

Present: Directors Ken Gass, Elaine Lynch, Ann Whitmyer, President David Blair and Superintendent Dale Kinsley. Excused: Director Becky Diaz

The Board met in Executive Session from noon – 3:00 p.m. Focus of discussion was District personnel matters and negotiations. The Board met in open session from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. to discuss goals and objects for 1998-99.
