BOARD OF DIRECTORS

February 9, 2001

The Bellingham School Board of Directors met in special session from noon - 5:00 p.m., February 9, 2001, in the Board Room of the Trillium Corporation in Bellingham.

Present:  Directors David Blair, Ken Gass, Don Leu and Elaine Lynch, President Ann Whitmyer, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

The Board met in open session from noon – 3:00 p.m. The Board met in Executive Session from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Focus of discussion was District personnel matters and negotiations.
