NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND FEDERAL LEGISLATION

October 30, 2003

The Bellingham Public Schools Board of Directors met for a study session on Thursday, October 30, 2003 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Administration Building. The purpose was to review and discuss the federal legislation No Child Left Behind .

Present: Directors Jeff Haggen, Elaine Lynch, Steve Schoenfeld, Ann Whitmyer, President Ken Gass, and Superintendent Dale Kinsley.

  Ken Gass moved to begin the meeting at 7:00 p.m.; Elaine Lynch seconded. At 9:15 p.m. Elaine Lynch moved to adjourn the meeting; Steve Schoenfeld seconded.
