Energy Assistance

Seasonal energy assistance is available for low income families through the Opportunity Council www.oppco.org/

Severe Weather Shelter

Shelters will be open from 5 pm to 8 am when there is a snow storm or when the temperature is below 20 °.

To find out if shelter is open call 788-7983.

Transportation available from Salt on the Street

Pick-up at the Rainbow Center from 5 pm - 9:30 pm

Bellingham Parks & Recreation
