Topic: Priority Task Lists for 2005-2006
Summary:
- Consider alternative for high needs students
- Add time issues for preschool program (assessment & clerical)
- Add collaboration time between teachers & EBD IAs
- Class size and teacher allocations at middle school
- Add student specific IAs
- SECURE training “not required”

Next Steps:
- Add alternatives for high needs students to priority list
- Add time issues for preschool to priority list
- Perhaps use contract IEP time and pull IA once a week from classroom for collaboration time between teachers & EBD IA’s
- Sue will bring class size and staffing distribution spreadsheet to next meeting.
- Add student specific IAs to priority list.
- Add SECURE training to priority list - Sue will bring district discipline policy and WAC to next meeting.
- Add inclusion to minimum, moderate & maximum revisions
- Add priority vote “big-3” to priority list
