• Fairhaven, Northern Hts, Parkview are “over-staffed” in Resource
• Shuksan, Lowell, Squalicum are “under-staffed” in Resource

Summary:

• Define specifically Min, Mod, Max levels

Next steps:

• Working definitions:

Minimum: Qualified for specially designed instruction in 1-2 areas without wide discrepancy & is making progress near grade level with appropriate school behaviors

Moderate: Qualified for SDI in multiple areas with greater discrepancy in areas and/or school behaviors are deficit compared to grade level peers

Maximum: Needs SDI for the majority of the school day
