The
Board of Directors of the Bellingham School District
has declared a number of used textbooks, and other miscellaneous instructional materials as surplus
to the needs of the District. Pursuant to RCW
28A.335.180 and RCW 28A.320.230(2), this notice is provided
to inform the public that these books and other materials
will be available for sale, providing that students
wishing to purchase texts shall have priority as to
such texts. the District shall not sell said surplus
to the general public for a period of thirty (30) days
from the date of this publication, after which time,
materials will be sold at depreciated cost or fair market
value, whichever is greater. Complete instructions
