  Washington - Defining the librarians reponsibilities and evaluation
  Provides sample objectives for the library media program and sample action items that might be expected of the teacher librarian.
  Alabama School Library Program Review   This page contains the latest versions of the evaluation manuals and forms for teacher librarians in Alabama.
  Connecticut: New Haven Public Schools Rubric for librarian roles and responsibilities   A rubric to evaluate teacher librarian relationships, roles, communications, facilities, providing access, curriculum relation to library media skills, programs (reading incentives, collaborative units, interest centers, etc.), collection resources, technology and related areas.
  Colorado: Quality School District-Level Library Program   The quality district-level library program is led by a library director and staffed by qualified library professionals and competent library support personnel. The responsibilities of the director include instructional leader, facilitator and communicator, teacher, and administrator.
