Observation and evaluation is used for the improvement of instruction. It is designed to provide information for continuously assessing the teaching staff and their accomplishments.

Observation and evaluation also provides information for decision-making on in-service training and staff self-improvement programs.

There are eight criteria with indicators that are used in the observation and evaluation of the teaching staff.
