Purpose of the Professional Development Report: Each school’s site evaluator is keeping track of all the school improvement/professional development activities that are outlined in the strategic plan. A database has been created that will show all the professional development activities done by whole group, small groups/teams, and individual coaching. This information entered into the database will become a “journal” of school improvement for each site. Completing the form: The site evaluator, principal, and coaches and other teachers in the school who are responsible for staff development should complete this form after each whole group or small group activity. Site Coaches will complete the form quarterly to reflect the number of teachers they have coached during that period of time. The form is given to the site evaluator who will enter information into the data base. |
