| Each
site has identified a site evaluator to assure that
all the required site data collection and analysis occur
in a timely and appropriate manner. The site evaluator
monitors the data to provide evidence of progress towards
strategic plan goals and objectives. The site evaluators
complete a Quarterly Report
describing the level of progress that a school is making.
For the 2002-03 school year Quarterly Reports are due
November 1, January 24, March 24, and May 27th. Guideline
for the Quarterly Report are included with the report
template.
The
Site Evaluators also collect information about professional
development activities. The Professional
Development Report is completed by instructors and
submitted to the site evaluator who in turn enters the
data into the District Professional Development Data
base.
