MEETING MINUTES

Carol Egan called the meeting to order at 4:03.

Members present were Dave Adams, Laura Rink, Byron Gerard, Ann Reed, Jean Prochaska, and Carol Egan.

• Digital Resource Approval Process—Deleted from agenda.

• DVD The Faces of AIDS In Rural America—Deleted from agenda.

• Parent Request submitted to Library Media Ad Hoc Committee for reconsideration of a selection from the 4th grade literature circle collection instructional material: Bridge to Terabithia. Several IMC members will read the book in preparation for a Library Media Ad Hoc Committee (LMAHC) on June 14th. The LMAHC will make a recommendation to the IMC at the June meeting.

Next Meeting will be held June 19, from 4:00 – 5:30 in conference room 212
