Materials Discussion
Adrienne Nelson led discussions on the two sets of materials proposed for use in schools.
Trish Huckabee, RELATE, review of RAP Presentation in order and approve use of three brochures
Charles Albertson - Questions and Answers about “Faces of Recovery” from WC and PC proposed presentation from the Rainbow Center – Whatcom Counseling and Psychiatric Clinic
Mr. Albertson did not attend meeting. Group reviewed the materials and filled out Presentation Evaluation forms. Materials were deemed unacceptable for school use.
The following materials and presentations have been reviewed by the IMC and recommended for use in the Bellingham Public Schools:

Recommended
Three brochures were approved for use with already approved presentations in High School health classes when Relate is invited. The brochures may be handed out as part of the presentation and distributed in the counseling centers if requested.
Next Steps
The next IMC meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 15, at 4 PM at Roeder Administration Building in room 204.
