MEETING MINUTES

 

Members and Guests Present: Dave Adams, Jacque Ellig, John Mangan, Kerne Zerba, Tom Pollino, Ann Reed, Ann Buswell, Adrienne Nelson, Brian MacNevin

 

 

Decision on DVD-Brian MacNevin

Brian returned to answer questions on the DVD Life's Greatest Miracle as a match for the Human 8 th grade curriculum on the human body. Team members submitted the 1040NB-AV and 1040-S forms.

Ann Reed summarized the indications on the forms and reported that the DVD passed the evaluation with a majority of exemplary marks, the lowest being one 3 rating on developmentally appropriate. The screening forms for bias and stereotypes proved the DVD to be acceptable in all suitable areas.

The Committee approved the use of Life's Greatest Miracle as a non-basic support DVD.
