to RCW 39.80.030, the Bellingham School District anticipates
future projects, which will require the services of
registered architects and engineers. The areas of expertise
sought will include, but not be limited to the following:
Acoustics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Cost Estimating,
Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical
Engineering, Indoor Air Quality Consulting, Interior
Design, Landscape Architecture, Low Voltage Electrical
Engineering (Alarm and Control Systems), Mechanical
Engineering, Site Utilities, Structural Engineering,
Surveying, Telecommunications Engineering (Broadband
Video), Telecommunications Engineering (Telephone and
Data), and Value Engineering.
